This is where it started.

My dad created this blend on a Nebraska ranch. He carried it everywhere — handing it out to whoever was around, most times for free. He was teased about giving away more than he ever sold. He just smiled and kept doing it.

When he passed, I took over. Every jar we sell carries a little piece of who he was.

The philosophy hasn't changed. Don't smother good meat. Enhance it. Let it speak for itself. That's what this blend does — on a ribeye, a brisket, a burger, a rack of ribs. It pulls out what's already there.
