Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Carrier

Sandhill Ben’s Gourmet Seasonings ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary by destination and service level selected at checkout, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on a tiered flat-rate structure determined by your order total. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com using that tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order is transferred to USPS, Sandhill Ben’s Gourmet Seasonings is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages lost in transit. If your package has not arrived within 14 days of your ship date, please contact us at sandhillbens@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at sandhillbens@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sandhill Ben’s Gourmet Seasonings is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately at sandhillbens@outlook.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
